Learn About Our Process
Choosing custom cabinets means not choosing an out of the box cabinet. Every element of your cabinet can be changed. This means there's a process to get from idea to installation. Here's what we do:
Introduce Yourself
If you are thinking about hiring us to build your cabinets, the first step is to have an introductory meeting. In this phase, we get to know about your needs, desires, preferences, and taste while you get to know us and see if we are a good fit. On Fridays, our crew is typically off for the day and we open up our shop to tours where you can see the process we go through to build your beautiful cabinets. ▌
1.
Take Measurements
Liked what you saw when you came to see us? We're glad. We also want to make sure we are getting you the best price possible by getting measurements. Measurements help us to dial-in the design by looking at not only how large the space is, but what constraints we have like window sizes and placements, appliance selections, and light fixture locations. ▌

3.
Collaborate On Design
Now that we've seen the space, it's time to talk about design. All things design. What type of doors do you like? What will your cabinets be made our of? How will we incorporate that antique door handle you've been saving? We will talk about specialty hardware to house spices, silent drawer glides, under-cabinet lighting, finishes, crown, and so much more. One of the best perks of working with a custom cabinet shop is that we really can build anything. ▌
4.
Finalize All Aspects
Okay, so we've listened to your needs, seen your space, created a completely custom, one-of-a-kind design for you. Now it's time to review all the little details and get into the knitty-gritty. Once all of the final design is approved and you're happy with all of the proposed layouts and materials, we shake-hands, complete a contract, collect a deposit, and start talking dates. ▌
Delivery And Installation
You've been on this journey of inspiration, critical decision making, and excitedly waiting for your cabinets to be made. Once they are completed, you can either pick them up from our shop or we will deliver them to you. If you haven't already found an installer, we can take care of that as well. We have a professionally-trained team that will go the extra-mile to make your cabinets shine in your home. In any case, regardless of who you hire, be sure to let us know when you're cabinets are done being installed and dressed. And this maybe a not-so-insider secret, but we may even give you a discount for letting us take some photos. We would absolutely love to have finished photos to add to our portfolio. We want to be able to brag about our cabinets as much as you will want to! ▌
